Background

Gamanza Group AG was incorporated in 2019 following receipt of investment from Stadtcasino Baden AG, one of the largest leisure and entertainment groups in Switzerland. This led to the development of Gamanza’s cutting-edge platform and CRM and the eventual launch of the first legal online casino in Switzerland, jackpots.ch, the online brand of Grand Casino Baden.

Gamanza went on to sign five more long-term deals with other land-based casinos in Switzerland and become the market-leading platform provider in the Swiss iGaming market. In 2021, Gamanza was acquired fully by its investors and became part of the Stadtcasino Baden group of companies.

The combination of Stadtcasino Baden’s long-standing experience and reputation in the land-based sector, with Gamanza’s know-how in iGaming has strong appeal for land-based casinos entering the online market. Gamanza HQ is in Switzerland and our main Sales office is in Malta. We also have a sales and service presence across Europe with an international team that speaks over 10 languages. Regulation

We are working closely with GLI to certify our platform and CRM for our clients in Switzerland and we are currently adapting the platform for entry into new jurisdictions and other key regulated markets.

Gamanza is also ISO 27001 certified, under registration number 19-157-907. ISO 27001 is globally recognised as the highest standard of accreditation for Information Security Management Systems.
